Anderson Bat Company's Team Anderson Finishes Fifth
at Cooperstown N.A.T.C.

[September 23, 2009] (Cooperstown, NY) Cooperstown Dreams Park's annual N.A.T.C. tournament is widely recognized as one of the most prominent 12U tournament in the country. With 103 teams from all corners of the United States, this late-summer classic regularly displays the best 12U talent in the nation.
Powered by Anderson Bat Company's KXR and NanoTek⢠baseball equipment, screaming line drives and 300' home runs were the norm at Team Anderson games. The group's offensive performance generated a park-wide buzz, drawing admirers that had made the annual pilgrimage to Cooperstown from different parts of the country.
Anderson Bat Company's Team Anderson program has participated in the N.A.T.C. since 2005, establishing a record of accomplishment that few organizations have been able to match. With championship and runner-up performances in '06 and '07 respectfully, and a 4th Place finish last year, this year's Team Anderson group entered tournament play with high expectations and a huge target on their back.
To get the tournament started, Team Anderson 12u was paced by an overpowering offensive assault, making quick work of their opponents. The group went undefeated through pool play and outscored opponents by a staggering 68-4 margin while hitting 31 home runs.
"Our group performed exceptionally well," remarked Anderson Bat Company spokesperson Charles Chatman. "A top-5 finish in this tournament is a tremendous accomplishment."
Anderson Bat Company would like to congratulate Team Anderson 12U on a successful summer season and their impressive run in Cooperstown.
